The Las Vegas Aces are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our family on game nights as a member of our fan engagement team, the Wild Card Crew, for the 2022 WNBA season. Wild Card Crew members are responsible for bringing energy and excitement to Las Vegas Aces home games, along with supporting coordination and fulfillment of game entertainment elements for the Las Vegas Aces. Wild Card Crew must demonstrate excellent entertainment and performance ability while expressing enthusiasm, poise and showmanship.

Job Duties:
- Enhance in-arena fan experience at all home games and events such as viewing parties, interactive activities and more
- Able to work in front of large crowds
- Game-day roles include interacting with fans, assisting with fan tunnels, on-court ceremonies, sponsorship activations, contests or promotions, and Aces giveaway distribution
- Assist with the set-up, execution and break-down of game entertainment elements during pregame, timeouts, halftime and throughout the game
- Assist in executing promotions on-court and in the stands including, but not limited to holding signs, initiating cheers, helping to support an enthusiastic atmosphere for contest winners, run with A-C-E-S flags, t-shirt distribution with CO2 cannons and slingshots
- Set up and tear down of game-day presentation activations throughout the arena/court

- A team player
- Excellent attention to detail for proper contest execution
- Will need to be available and willing to work all Las Vegas Aces home games
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be fully vaccinated
