JiSu Park and the KB Stars edged out Woori Bank for the WKBL regular season championship. Samsung Life Insurance upset Woori Bank two-games-to-one in their playoff series, but the KB Stars swept Samsung in three straight games to calm the WKBL championship, and Park was named MVP of the Finals.

Their quarterfinal matchup against No. 8 seed Dynamo NR began March 18, and they won game one of the series, 93-53, and game two, 90-52. Their semifinal series against MBA begins on March 30
