JiSu Park and the KB Stars edged out Woori Bank for the WKBL regular season championship. Samsung Life Insurance upset Woori Bank two-games-to-one in their playoff series, but the KB Stars swept Samsung in three straight games to calm the WKBL championship, and Park was named MVP of the Finals.
