ARLINGTON, TX (June 15, 2018)—The Las Vegas Aces announced today that the team has activated forward Nia Coffey and released guard/forward Sequoia Holmes.
Coffey last played on June 3 in the Aces’ game at Chicago. She injured her left ankle in the first half of play. Up to that point, the Northwestern grad was averaging 11.8 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
Las Vegas signed Holmes on June 8. The UNLV grad played in three games, made two of three shots from the field for four points, grabbed two rebounds and handed out two assists.
The Aces are on the road this evening to take on the Dallas Wings beginning at 5 pm PT.
