How will I know if my group receives tickets?
We review every request that comes through and will do our best to accommodate everyone on a first-come, first-served basis. An Aces representative will contact you by email when tickets become available.
How will my group receive tickets?
Flash Seats is our primary method of ticket distribution, however, please indicate if your group requires an alternate method of delivery.
Can I request tickets for a specific game?
While we do not guarantee tickets for specific games, we will do our best to accommodate your group’s preferred days of the week as indicated on your registration form.
How many tickets can I request at a time?
We do not have a limit on the number of tickets you may request, but please be mindful of not asking for more than you need so that we can accommodate as many groups as possible.
Will my group sit together?
Seating is not guaranteed to be together, although we will do our best to ensure that seats are as close together as possible. Please indicate on your registration form if sitting together is necessary for your group (child supervision, special assistance, etc.).
