- Her best season in the W came in 2000, when she averaged 11.5 points and 6.0 rebounds for the 10-22 Fire.

- Selected by the Colorado Xplosion in the second round (No. 9 overall) of the 1996 ABL Draft on June 19, 1996.
- Team captain of the ABL Colorado Xplosion during the 1996-97 season in which the Xplosion finished atop the Western Conference standings with a 25-15 record, averaged 11.9 ppg. and 5.6 rpg.
- Traded midway through the 1997-98 season and helped the Portland Fire finish with a 27-17 record and a No. 1 finish in the Western Conference standings.

USA BASKETBALL HIGHLIGHTS
- Earned a bronze medal as a member of the 1999 USA Pan American Games Team (4-3), ahead of the PAGs, helped the USA claim a pair of victories over Slovakia in two exhibition games in Chicago.
- Named as a replacement for Heidi Burge to the 1997 USA World Championship Qualifying Team that compiled a 4-2 record and earned the silver medal, averaged 5.2 ppg. and 2.2 rpg., shot 64.7 percent (11-17 FGs) from the field.
- Selected as finalist for the 1996 USA Women’s Olympic Team (18).
- Named to the 1995-96 USA Basketball Women’s National Team roster for its seven games in Australia, averaged 1.0 ppg and 1.4 rpg.
- Member of the 1996 USA R. William Jones Cup Team that won the gold medal and finished 9-0 overall; posted a team-leading 10 blocked shots and was named to the 1996 R. William Jones Cup All-Tournament second team.

PERSONAL
- Spent the better part of this century as a coach, mostly at the collegiate level, including assistant coach at North Carolina (2000-01 through 2001-02) and Fordham (2004-05 through 2005-06), interim head coach at Fordham (2006), head coach at Ohio (2006-07 through 2007-08) and Boston College (2008-09 through 2011-12) and she returned to North Carolina as an assistant from 2016-17 through 2018-19.

- Spent two years as a college analyst with American Digital from 2012-14.
- Youngest of three children, has one sister (Helen) and one brother (Rex).
