Nikki Fargas is a nationally respected sports executive and former Power Five head coach whose career spans championship-level leadership in both collegiate and professional athletics. As President & General Manager of the Las Vegas Aces, she oversees all basketball operations and business functions for one of the most successful franchises in women’s professional sports—driving sustained competitive excellence, organizational growth and athlete-centered innovation.

With more than 25 years of experience in elite collegiate athletics and executive leadership, Fargas brings a rare combination of competitive credibility, operational discipline, facility development experience and values-based governance.

Fargas emphasized roster continuity, performance infrastructure, and athlete care, while retaining a championship core led by Chelsea Gray, A’ja Wilson and Jackie Young.

As an executive leader, Fargas spent more than 25 years as a collegiate coach and program builder at elite institutions.

As a student-athlete at Tennessee, she was part of the 1991 NCAA National Championship team, contributing to a 118–13 career record.
