LAS VEGAS, NV (February 19, 2010)—ESPN announced today that Aces guard Kelsey Plum will serve as the color commentator for the SEC Network’s Sunday, February 23 broadcast of No. 22 Arkansas at Florida. Tip is slated for 1 pm PT.
In addition, ESPN announced its 14th Annual Play4Kay Slate of Women’s College Basketball games. This weekend, nine Play4Kay games will be played across two days (Feb. 23 and 24) and three networks. The schedule features appearances by seven ranked teams including No. 1 South Carolina, No. 3 Oregon, No. 4 Stanford, No. 10 NC State, No. 14 Kentucky, No. 16 Texas A&M, and No. 17 Florida State. In partnership with the V Foundation for Cancer Research, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund awards grants that support women’s cancer research across the country each year. Play4Kay brings coaches, players and universities together to celebrate the life of the late NC State head coach Kay Yow, who battled breast cancer.
