LAS VEGAS (July 11, 2026) — The Las Vegas Aces (17-6) never trailed, went up by as many as 54 points and exerted pure dominance over the Phoenix Mercury (8-16) in a 106-58 win at ‘The House.’ In a league third-most and franchise-largest margin of victory, A’ja Wilson tallied 21 points and 15 rebounds, rookie Justine Pissott made her WNBA debut with 19 points, Chelsea Gray recorded 15 points and 11 assists, Cheyenne Parker-Tyus notched a season-high 15 points and NaLyssa Smith added 14.

Phoenix’s Monique Akoa Makani tallied a team-high 13 points.

1st Quarter Highlights (Las Vegas 29, Phoenix 9)

Pissott checked into her first WNBA regular season game at the start of the period and wasted no time, hitting her first 3 57 seconds later. GAME NOTES

Tonight marked Wilson’s 131^st career double-double, which ranks No. 5 among all-time WNBA players; it was her 101^st 20-point double-double, which ranks No. 2 behind Tina Charles’ 110; and her league-leading 27^th double-double with at least 20 points and 15 rebounds.

Wilson, who started the season No. 21 among league scoring leaders, now has 6,261 points and needs 3 more to surpass Lisa Leslie (6,263) and move into No. 14. No. 13 is Sylvia Fowles with 6,415 career points.

Wilson has now scored in double figures in a league-leading 45 consecutive games

Pissott set the new WNBA standard for single-quarter point total in a rookie debut, eclipsing the 14 points scored in a single quarter debut game by Zia Cooke and Candace Parker in their respective first W games.

Gray recorded her 23rd career double-double and 3rd of 2026.
