LAS VEGAS (July 23, 2025) — The Las Vegas Aces (12-11) are back on the road for a 4-game trip, starting with a back-to-back at the Indiana Fever (12-12) on Thursday, July 24, before a quick turnaround to play the Minnesota Lynx (21-4) on Friday, July 25. Marking the second of three back-to-backs on the year for the Aces, the July 24 game tips at 4 p.m. (all times PT) on Vegas 34 and Prime Video and the July 25 game begins at 4:30 p.m. on ION and Vegas 34.

CENTURY MARK:  Becky Hammon, who has won 99 of her 139 (.712) regular season games, is on the cusp of becoming the third-fastest and 18th overall W coach to win 100 W games.

DYNAMIC DUOS: According to Elias, among official statistical leaders (those who have played in 70% of their team’s games), the Aces duo of A’ja Wilson (22.4 ppg) and Jackie Young (16.7 ppg) are the third-highest scoring duo in the league with a combined 35.2 ppg. They are followed closely by Indiana’s Kelsey Mitchell (19.5 ppg) and Aliyah Boston (15.5 ppg) in the No. 4 position with 35.08 ppg and trailed by Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier (23.0 ppg) and Courtney Williams (13.9 ppg), who contribute a total of a fifth-best 34.16 ppg.

MILESTONE WATCH: Jewell Loyd (5,789) needs 9 more points to pass Angel McCoughtry (5,797) for No. 18 on the league’s all-time scoring list.

LAS VEGAS ACES (12-11)
Reigning M’VP Wilson continues her scoring tear this season, averaging 24.3 points over her last 4 games, more than any other player in the league. The 7-time WNBA All-Star is currently the only player in league history (through July 22) to average at least 20 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and 1.5 steals in a season.

Young, Chelsea Gray (12.0 ppg) and Jewell Loyd (11.0 ppg) round out the double-digit scorers for the Aces. Coming off a 14-point performance against Atlanta, Dana Evans has bolstered the Aces scoring recently, averaging 12.2 points on 55.1% shooting over the past 6 games.

As one of the best rebounding teams in the league since arriving in Las Vegas, ranking in the top 5 in defensive rebounds every year since the move, the Aces are grabbing 70.1% of available defensive rebounds this season — 4th in the league.

The Aces are one of the best teams in the league at running opponents off the line — they currently hold opponents’ 3-point attempts to 22 per game (2nd) and limit them to 17.0 free throw attempts per game (2nd).

 INDIANA FEVER (12-12)
Since their last matchup against the Aces on July 3, the Fever have won 4 of their last 8 games and 3 of their last 4. Indiana will be without 2025 WNBA All-Star captain Caitlin Clark, who has missed 11 games this season, including the last 2, and did not play in the July 3 game against the Aces. Clark has contributed 16.5 ppg and 8.8 apg in her 13 contests, during which Indiana posted an 8-5 slate.

In all, the Fever have 4 players scoring in double figures, with veteran Natasha Howard averaging 11.7 ppg to round out the foursome.

Against the Fever in 2025, the Aces are averaging 71.5 points — almost 10 below their 80.6 points per game average — and are shooting 36.4% (48-132 FGs) from the floor and 25% (9-36 3pt FGs) from 3-point range. Indiana is taking advantage of the Aces poor shooting, averaging 81 points against Las Vegas along with 48.9% (65-133 FGs) field goal shooting in the two contests.

The Aces are 39-20 overall against Indiana, 19-10 on the road and are tied 1-1 in 2025. This will mark the final regular season meeting between the two teams.

 MINNESOTA LYNX (21-4)
The Lynx, who opened the year 9-0 and are 7-3 over their past 10 games, continue to be led by 2024 WNBA Defensive Player of the Year Collier, who behind Wilson’s 4, has recorded the second-most 30+ point games this season with three.

Minnesota’s quartet of Collier, 2025 WNBA All-Stars Kayla McBride (14.5 ppg) and Williams (13.9 ppg), as well as Alanna Smith (9.6 ppg), make up 71.8% of the Lynx’s scoring this year, with 3 out of the 4 players averaging double figures.

The Lynx rank among the top 3 in the league in several statistical categories, including No. 1 for field goal percentage (.457), assists (23.5 apg.) and blocked shots (5.3 bpg), No. 2 for scoring (84.9 ppg) and No. 3 for 3-point percentage (.349) and free throw percentage (.806).

In the last game between the two teams on June 17, the Aces were without Wilson (concussion protocol) and Megan Gustafson (lower left leg). Loyd led the team with 12 points, while Young and Gray both recorded 6 assists in the loss. The two teams will meet twice more this season, both in Las Vegas. The Saturday, Aug. 2, matchup will be held at Michelob ULTRA Arena; the final contest on Thursday, Sept. 4, will be played at T-Mobile Arena.

UP NEXT: The Aces continue their road swing at Dallas (7-17) for their third game against the Wings on Sunday, July 27, at 1 p.m. at College Park Center. The game will be broadcasted locally on Vegas 34. Dallas, which secured a 87-63 victory over Seattle on Tuesday, play Golden State on July 25 before the hosting the Aces Sunday.
