USA Basketball hosted a Women's National Team training camp at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in December of 2025 to prepare for the upcoming 2026 FIBA Women's World Cup and 2028 Olympic Games. The 2026 World Cup will take place Sept. 4-13 in Berlin, Germany, where Team USA will seek their fifth consecutive World Cup gold medal. The 17-player training camp roster featured Aces guards Chelsea Gray and Jackie Young, who were both on the 2024 Paris Olympic gold medal team. The training camp was the first led by new national team head coach Kara Lawson and newly appointed national team managing director Sue Bird. Lawson was assisted by court coaches Stephanie White, Nate Tibbetts and former Aces assistant coach Natalie Nakase.
