Aces Sign Bria Holmes To Second Seven-Day Contract

LAS VEGAS (September 9, 2021)—The Las Vegas Aces announced today that the team has signed guard-forward Bria Holmes to a second seven-day contract. The Aces originally signed Holmes on September 2. Since then, she has seen action in two games, grabbing a pair of rebounds.

Prior to joining the Aces, the West Virginia alumna played most recently for Los Angeles, for whom she suited up in 17 games this year, including five starts. She averaged 4.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists with the Sparks.

A first round draft pick of the Atlanta Dream in 2016, Holmes has averaged 6.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists during her WNBA career, playing two years with the Dream (2016-17), and two for the Connecticut Sun (2019-20).
