Many WNBA players take their talents overseas during the “offseason,” and the Aces are no exception. While Moriah Jefferson is in Las Vegas making appearance on behalf of the team, the majority of the remaining players on the roster are hooping it up around the world.

Dearica Hamby—Ragusa (Italy)

Italian League: Finals vs. Familia Schio—GAME TWO: May 5, L, 63-58 ; GAME THREE: May 8, W, 76-59; GAME FOUR: May 10, W, 73-66; GAME FIVE: May 13, L, 62-54.

Hamby recorded her seventh straight double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds, but Ragusa dropped a five-point decision to Familia Schio to fall behind two games to none in the best of five series.

Hamby came up one rebound shy of her eight straight double-double but her 14 points and nine rebounds helped Ragusa stave off elimination in a 17-point win over Familia Schio.

Ragusa evened the series at two games apiece, setting up a winner-take-all showdown in Game Five. Hamby led all scorers with 22 points and added eight boards.

Ragusa led by one at the half, but Familia Schio won the league championship outscoring Ragusa 32-23 after the break. Hamby finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Kayla McBride—Yakin Dogu (Turkey)

Turkish League: Semifinals vs. Cukurova—GAME TWO: May 5, L, 59-55; GAME THREE: May 8, W, 76-64; GAME FOUR: May 11, W, 76-66.

McBride scored nine points and added five rebounds, but Cokurova outlast Takin Dogs, 59-54, to even up the best-of-five series at one game apiece.

Yakin Dogu took control of their semifinal series again with a 12-point victory over Cokurova, McBride scored 15 points and grabbed four rebounds in the win.

Yakin Dogu closed out its semifinal series against Cukurova behind a game-high 20 points, four rebounds and three assists from McBride..

Kelsey Plum—Fenerbahce (Turkey)

Turkish League: Semifinals  vs. Hatay—GAME TWO: May 6, W, 68-59; GAME THREE: May 9, W, 77-74.

Fenerbahce ran its winning streak to eight straight games with a nine-point victory over Hatay in Game Two of the Turkish League Semifinals. Plum poured in 18 point and addd three rebounds and two assists.

Plum helped Fenerbahce clinch a spot in the Turkish League Finals with an 18-point, six-rebound effort as she and her teammates swept Hatay, three games to none.
