(March 11, 2025)--The regular season has concluded in China. Both Queen Egbo (Shaanxi) and Cheyenne Parker-Tyus (Beijing) advanced to the playoffs, which launched with the best-of-3 Sweet 16 series on Feb. 28.

Matched up against Inner Mongolia (23-9), Egbo and Shaanxi (23-9) prevailed 78-75 in the first game, but dropped its next two games, 97-61 on March 3 and 88-54 on March 5 to close out their playoff run. Egbo contributed 21 points and 18 rebounds in the first game, 22 points and 8 boards in Game 2 and just 6 points and 8 board in Game 3.

Facing Jiangsu (13-19), Beijing and Parker-Tyus (15-17) bowed out of the playoffs after suffering a pair of defeats, 85-73 on Feb. 28 and 87-83 on March 3. Parker-Tyus netted 20 points and 10 caroms in the first game; and 10 points and 7 boards in Game 2.
