Megan Gustafson returned to the Spain National Team for its FIBA EuroBasket Qualifying games February 6-9 in Vienna, Austria. The qualifiers, played across three windows in November 2023, November 2024 and February 2025, determined the 16-team field for the 2025 FIBA European Championship (aka EuroBasket). Spain entered the third window with a 4-0 record and clinched the top spot in Group A with its victory on Feb. 6 against Austria, assuring its return to the top European competition this summer, and finished out the competition unbeaten after its Feb. 9 defeat of the Netherlands.

Gustafson scored the game's first 2 points, had 10 at halftime and finished with a double-double that featured a game-high 27 points and team-best 11 rebounds to lead Spain to victory.

Feb. 6: Spain 76, Austria 45 (stats / replay)
Gustafson joined her Spanish squad for the first time since leading Spain in scoring at the 2024 Olympics, and contributed a game-best 18 points on 7 of 11 from the field. She also grabbed three rebounds in her team's win.
