ACES SCOUTING REPORT

“Jackie is one of the best all-around guards in the draft on both sides of the ball. She has great defending ability, with size and quickness, and has a good mid-range game with the capability to play multiple positions. She brings versatility, a high basketball IQ, and toughness to the game.”

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

“Young is a remarkably efficient shooter, north of 53 percent from two, 45 percent from three, and her athleticism at 6-0 makes her an intriguing pick for anyone looking to add star power at the two, the three or even the one, given her 23.4 percent assist rate.”

      ~ Howard Megdal, HighPostHoops

“Jackie is the more physically prominent of [the top] perimeter players. She’s got better size, better strength … and a little more versatility defensively because of that size and a little more versatility offensively as well. So she gives you the ability to play more positions and also defend more positions. I think that’s one of her greatest strengths and why people really like her as a prospect. She’s continuing to grow and continuing to improve. Every time she gets more responsibility, it seems like she flourishes with that.”
