Many WNBA players take their talents overseas during the “offseason,” and the Aces are no exception. While Moriah Jefferson is in Las Vegas making appearance on behalf of the team, the majority of the remaining players on the roster are hooping it up around the world.

Russian League: April 1, L, 90-60 vs. Nadezhda O.; April 4, L, 65-59 vs. Nadezhda O.

Kazanochka Kazan dropped its quarterfinal series to Nadezhda O two games to none. Burdick scored six points, grabbed eight rebounds and handed out five assists in the first game, and posted a 14-point, 11-rebound double-double in game two.

Israeli League: Semifinals— March 26, W, 87-86 vs. Elitzur Ramla; March 29, L, 101-89 vs. Elitzur Ramla

Maccabi R. Hen staved off elimination in the Israeli League Payoffs with a one-point win over Elitzur Ramla in game three of their best-of-five series, but dropped game four, 101-89, ending their season. Coffey poured in a game-high 38 points in game three, and 28 points in game four.

Yakin Dogu ran its winning streak to four games with double-digit victories over Istanbul Univ. and Besiktas. McBride did not play in the win over Istanbul, but scored 11 points and grabbed four rebounds in the victory over Besiktas. Yakin Dogu remains in firs place in the KBSL, one game ahead of Hatay and two-and-a-half games ahead of Fenerbahce with two regular season games left to play.

Turkish League: April 1, W, 76-51 vs. Canik Belediye; April 4, W, 71-57 vs. Abdullah Gul

Plum was one of five Fenerbahce players to score in double figures, recording 12 points, two rebounds and two assists in a 25-point win over Canik Belediye. Fenerbahce made it two straight wins with a 14-point decision over Abdullah Gul in which Plum scored five points grabbed two rebounds and handed out three assists.

Gorzow Wlkp dropped a 10-point decision to Energa Torun to close out the regular season, and finish in seventh place in the BLK standings. Swords came up just shy of a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds in the loss. Gorzow Wlkp is taking on number two seed Wisla Krakow in the quarterfinals and trails two games to none. Swords posted a 10-point, 12-rebound double-double in the series opener, and recorded eight points, three rebounds and five assists in game two.
